Job summary

Shangri-La Singapore is seeking a Waiter (Waterfall) to join our service team. You will provide warm, friendly and attentive dining room service at Waterfall restaurant.

This role requires you to uphold service standards and contribute to a memorable guest experience. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of restaurant or hotel service experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public

Qualifications

• 1) Minimum 2 years of restaurant or hotel service experience.
• 2) Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• 3) Familiarity with hygiene and safety protocols.
• 4) Pleasant personality with a service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to guests at Waterfall restaurant
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
• Ensure food and beverages are served according to service standards
• Set up and clear tables efficiently, ensuring proper mise-en-place
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service and dining areas
• Respond to guest requests and elevate issues when necessary
• Work closely with team members and kitchen staff for smooth service flow
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times
