Job summary
OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced transformation leader to drive the modernization of Group Payment Operations through platform solutions, automation, and technology initiatives, based in Tampines.
You will shape the future-state operating model, partner across Ops, Technology, Risk, and Compliance, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, resilience, and client experience through data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in payments or banking functions.
- Strong understanding of payment operations and platforms.
- Experience with SWIFT, cross-border, real-time payments, ISO 20022.
Responsibilities
- Lead modernization initiatives for payment operations and platforms.
- Define target operating model aligning process, people, and technology.
- Collaborate with Technology, Product, Architecture, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions.
- Drive implementation of new payment platforms and automation capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes via digitization and STP enhancements.
- Manage end-to-end transformation programs within time and budget.
