Qualifications

• More than 12 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in large-scale BPM programs.
• Ability to lead across multiple regions and cross-border payments projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.
• Proven people leadership and ability to influence stakeholders in digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead with business to define prioritized book of work based on technology roadmap.
• Manage delivery of business and technology capabilities aligned with roadmap and BAU operations.
• Plan roadmaps, resources, budget, schedule and assign tasks; ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering to define patterns for scalability and maintainability across the Platform.
• Ensure optimal customer and employee experience across the Platform in collaboration with Product Owners and across GCOO group.
• Address and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery; drive continuous improvement in delivery quality and productivity.
• Manage stakeholders and communication; oversee internal teams and vendor relationships.
