Job summary

OCBC Singapore is seeking an IT Project Manager (Payments), Vice President, to lead delivery across complex payment platforms. You will partner with Business and Technology to define roadmaps, manage budgets and risks, and ensure timely deployments in a cross-border, regulated banking environment.

You will drive change and run activities, ensuring production health, strong governance, and effective stakeholder communication while mentoring teams and delivering value to customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale BPM programs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cross-border payments (SWIFT) and interbank settlements.
• Understanding of payment rails: RTGS, intra-group, single and bulk payments.
• Ability to drive delivery across change and run in a complex banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage delivery across the Group for payments platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams; ensure alignment with technology roadmap and business strategy.
• Drive incident resolution and production health for platform deployments.
• Manage budgets, risks and regulatory compliance related to platform delivery.
• Oversee vendor relationships and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
