You will drive initiatives spanning automation, STP uplift, and regulatory alignment, partnering with Product, Tech, Risk, and Compliance to deliver measurable improvements.

The role emphasizes transformation leadership, stakeholder management, and delivering sustainable business outcomes within a 100% office-based setup in Singapore, Tampines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8–12 years in payments or transformation.
• Strong knowledge of payment products, infrastructures, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record leading large transformation initiatives and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to drive automation and STP uplift with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead payment transformation initiatives across domestic and cross-border ecosystems.
• Drive automation, STP uplift, process simplification, and resilience improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to execute initiatives.
• Define governance, controls, and performance metrics for value realization.
• Represent Payments Operations in strategic forums and cross-functional programs.
