Job description
    You will be a catalyst between sales and sourcing teams in this role. Your primary responsibility will be delivery and reporting directly to the CEO. It is essential to be a good communicator, true leader, and a strong team motivator with significant experience in the IT staffing space in the US.Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:- Holding or capable of acquiring direct clients and opportunities across the board- Owning the staffing as a business center and being responsible for P&L, business objectives, and targets- Having a strong US recruitment background with top-notch US Staffing companies, with a primary Key Performance Indicator of timely deliverables- Possessing strong knowledge and understanding of USCIS policies and US staffing strategy- Working closely with Sales and Account Managers to monitor gaps, client expectations, process progress, and requirement prioritization- Having over 10 years of experience in IT staffing and a minimum of 3 years in leading deliverables with multiple teams- Managing teams of 50+ recruiters, being proactive in planning and strategizing timely talent delivery as per business demand- Independently planning, executing, and building teams with a proven track record of delivery and partnership with the business- Coordinating effectively with all business units worldwide and global clientele- Being target-oriented, capable of working in a high-pressure environment, multitasking, and self-motivated- Building, mentoring, motivating, and perpetrating a professional, healthy, and accountable workforce effectively- Developing and promoting Best Recruiting Practices within the organization through personal leadership- Increasing team productivity by introducing new recruiting methods and procedures regularly- Defining career paths, building leadership, delegating responsibilities, controlling attrition, and ensuring ownership and delivery- Holding a Masters's degree in Business Administration would be an added advantage- Managing a team size of 50-100 members- Proficient in analytical, communication, attitudinal, altitudinal, client management, team management, and negotiation skillsYou should have at least 15 years of experience across US Staffing. The salary budget for this position is as per industry norms. The requirement is immediate, and the location is Gachibowli, Hyderabad.,
