Job summary

OCBC Singapore is seeking a VP, Learning Business Partner to lead learning strategy for the Digital & AI domain. You will partner with Technology and Operations leaders to shape capability priorities, design pathways, and drive AI-enabled learning initiatives that improve workforce readiness and business impact.

You will collaborate with HRBPs, SMEs and program owners to anchor skills data, develop role-based development plans, and measure outcomes while maintaining governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant work experience in HR, Learning and Development, or organisational transformation.
• Experience partnering senior stakeholders to diagnose needs and shape interventions.
• Strong understanding of adult learning, curriculum design and impact measurement.
• Practical exposure to AI, Gen AI, Copilot, automation or digital learning tech.
