Job summary

OCBC Bank (Singapore) invites a senior AI governance and delivery lead to shape production-ready AI capabilities across finance and operations. You will work with CFO, data, IT and risk teams to ensure governance, controls and measurable business value.

You will drive adoption, establish standards, and steward risk management while communicating AI concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Data Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 8–10 years delivering complex initiatives in a large, regulated organisation.
• Experience in financial services or Finance transformation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, AI agents, governance and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI use cases and translate into production-ready capabilities.
• Define delivery standards, governance, controls and risk management.
• Collaborate with Group CFO Office, Group Data Office, IT and risk management.
• Drive adoption, AI literacy and governance across departments.
• Oversee project delivery with cross-functional teams to value realisation.
• Establish evaluation frameworks balancing quality, cost and user experience.
• Monitor production disciplines, model/version management and incident handling.
• Provide credible explanations of AI concepts, risks and limitations.
