OCBC Bank invites a Learning Business Partner to join the Learning and Transformation team. You will partner with Technology and Operations leaders to understand strategic workforce needs, shape capability development, and drive skills-first learning initiatives across the bank.

You will analyze needs, design pathways for critical roles, and champion AI-enabled learning adoption while ensuring governance and risk considerations are met.

Qualifications

• Strong capability demonstrated in HR, Learning and Transformation, or HRBP roles.
• Experience partnering senior stakeholders to diagnose needs and shape learning interventions.
• Understanding of skills frameworks, learning pathways, and change adoption.

Responsabilités

• Partner the business on learning and workforce priorities with Technology & Operations leaders.
• Lead learning needs analysis and define role-based development plans.
• Anchor joint Business–L&T learning impact initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to enterprise skills frameworks and learning pathways.
• Identify and shape AI-enabled learning opportunities and use cases.
• Collaborate across HRBPs, SMEs, and tech teams to deliver scalable solutions.
