Responsibilities include curriculum design, vendor collaboration, and leveraging analytics and AI to advance capability building and governance across learning initiatives.

Formación

• 12–15+ years in Learning, Leadership or Talent Development CoE roles.
• Experience with senior stakeholders and business partners.
• Ability to design end-to-end learning journeys and curricula.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to shape learning strategies and programmes.
• Design journeys, curate curricula, and co-design with external partners.
• Leverage analytics, AI adoption and future-of-work capabilities.
• Ensure governance, dashboards, and stakeholder communications for programmes.
