Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a hands-on AVP-level Digital HR professional to bridge HR, data, and governance. You will own core HR platforms, drive AI-enabled automation, and lead Workday integration projects across risk, technology, and HR teams.

You’ll translate business needs into scalable HR solutions, ensure secure, scalable platforms, and lead change initiatives to maximize adoption in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, HR, Data Analytics, or related field; equivalent practical experience.
• Experience commensurate with AVP level in Workday ecosystem management, HRIS, or large-scale HR digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, configuration, security groups, tenant setup, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Proven exposure to Workday Extend and Workday integrations (EIB, PECI, PICOF, Studio, APIs).
• Awareness of AI-enabled integrations, automation use cases, and governance in HR.
• Data capabilities with Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Delivery, change management, vendor coordination, and user adoption skills.
• Stakeholder management across HR, risk, audit, governance, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Platform ownership and optimization of core HR digital platforms (Workday HCM and workflows).
• Lead integrations using Workday Extend; oversee EIB, PECI, PICOF, Studio, and Web Services.
• Identify and deploy AI-enabled automation to improve HR service delivery and self-service.
• Architect reporting frameworks and dashboards to turn workforce data into insights.
• Oversee deployment, testing, and rollout for bi-annual Workday updates.
• Ensure governance, data privacy, and security in a regulated banking environment.
• Drive change enablement and lead cross-functional project teams for adoption.
