Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 8–10 years delivering complex initiatives in a large, regulated organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead priority AI use cases into production-ready capabilities with governance.
• Collaborate with senior management, Group Data Office, IT, and risk teams.
• Define delivery standards and production-readiness criteria.
• Drive adoption and measure productivity, quality and control outcomes.
• Oversee model/version management, change control and monitoring.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and security reviews.
• Communicate AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Embed repeatable delivery and governance across groups.
