As a Visual Designer at Spectral Consultants, you will play a crucial role in developing visual solutions for marketing initiatives for our Audience based Marketing organisation. This is a remote opportunity where you will be responsible for creating captivating still and motion graphics in alignment with our design language.Your key responsibilities will include designing various creatives such as advertisements, social media posts, and website media content. You will be tasked with illustrating and animating social media posts creatively to effectively communicate concepts. Additionally, you will be creating graphics, diagrams, and infographics to visually represent technical concepts, solutions, and products. Developing reusable templates for consistent creatives and designing PPTs/PDFs based on provided content will also be part of your role.To excel in this position, you are required to have a strong portfolio showcasing your experience and skills in still & motion and graphic design. Proficiency in After Effects and Illustrator at an intermediate level is essential. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in still and motion design, along with expertise in video editing and animation.Furthermore, you will collaborate with Social Media Specialists to design engaging social media campaigns and work cross-functionally to ensure the adoption of design standards both internally and externally.
