Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership in luxury hospitality, private clubs or Forbes-rated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall guest experience strategy and execution for the Private Lounge & Bar.
• Build meaningful relationships with repeat guests, Paiza patrons and VIP clientele.
• Ensure guest preferences, dining history and service expectations are understood and executed.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for sensitive guest recovery and high-impact service situations.
• Lead and embed a culture of luxury hospitality, professionalism and accountability.
