Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a senior guest-experience leader for the Private Lounge & Bar. Build relationships with VIP guests and Paiza patrons while promoting Forbes-aligned service standards across the outlet.

You will coach teams on anticipation, discretion and guest recognition, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with Casino Hosts, Butler Services and Hotel Ops to ensure premium journeys.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs or Forbes-rated environments.
  • Experience managing VIPs and high-value guests.
  • Strong knowledge of service principles including personalization, anticipation, discretion and guest recognition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall guest experience strategy and execution for the Private Lounge & Bar.
  • Build meaningful relationships with repeat guests, Paiza patrons and VIP clientele.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for sensitive guest recovery and high-impact service situations.
  • Collaborate with Casino Hosts, Butler Services and Hotel Operations to create seamless premium guest journeys.
  • Identify opportunities to surprise, delight and retain high-value guests through personalized experiences.
  • Lead and embed a culture of luxury hospitality, professionalism and accountability.
  • Coach leaders and frontline teams on anticipation, guest recognition and emotional intelligence.
  • Develop internal service talent and succession pipelines for future leadership roles.
  • Oversee daily operations across lounges, bar and guest service areas; monitor productivity and costs.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, inventory and financial controls remain compliant.
  • Support opening readiness and new guest experience initiatives.
  • Represent the outlet in management meetings and cross-functional initiatives.

WE TAKE YOU ABOVE BEYONDTake your passion to the next level and work alongside other masters of their craft to build a fulfilling and rewarding career at Marina Bay Sands.Job ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & VIP Relationship LeadershipOwn the overall guest experience strategy and execution for the Private Lounge & Bar.Build meaningful relationships with repeat guests, Paiza patrons and VIP clientele.Ensure guest preferences, dining history and service expectations are understood, maintained and consistently executed.Serve as the primary escalation point for sensitive guest recovery and high-impact service situations.Work closely with Casino Hosts, Butler Services and Hotel Operations to create seamless premium guest journeys.Identify opportunities to surprise, delight and retain high-value guests through personalized experiences.Service Leadership & CultureLead and embed a culture of luxury hospitality, professionalism and accountability.Coach leaders and frontline teams on anticipation, guest recognition and emotional intelligence.Drive Forbes-aligned service behaviors and ensure standards translate into guest perception rather than checklist compliance.Develop internal service talent and succession pipelines for future leadership roles.Conduct regular service observations and provide actionable coaching feedback.Business & Operational PerformanceOversee daily operations across lounges, bar and associated guest service areas.Monitor productivity, service efficiency and cost controls without compromising guest experience.Review operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure hygiene, safety, inventory and financial controls remain compliant with company standards.Support opening readiness, operational refinements and new guest experience initiatives.Stakeholder & Strategic PartnershipsDevelop strong partnerships with Casino Operations, Hotel Operations, Butler Services, Marketing, Finance and Human Resources.Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance the Private Lounge & Bar experience.Support the General Manager in positioning PSR as a market-leading luxury hospitality concept.Represent the outlet in management meetings and cross-functional initiatives.Job RequirementsEducation and CertificationDiploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management or a related discipline.Relevant luxury hospitality experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, executive lounges, integrated resorts or Forbes-rated environments.Other PrerequisiteExtensive experience managing VIPsStrong understanding of luxury service principles including personalization, anticipation, discretion and guest recognitionStrong knowledge of F&B operations, financial management, service excellence, manpower planning and operational controlsAbility to lead, coach and develop high-performing teamsAbility to build strong partnerships across multiple stakeholders and operational departmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Administration knowledge of F&B operations and Quality management, proficient in Microsoft Office programsAbility to perform in a fast-paced, under pressure and luxury hospitality environmentAble to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.Positive attitude and willing to learn and grow in hospitality industry within premium luxury service environment.Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse international guest profile.
