Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a senior guest-experience leader for the Private Lounge & Bar. Build relationships with VIP guests and Paiza patrons while promoting Forbes-aligned service standards across the outlet.

You will coach teams on anticipation, discretion and guest recognition, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with Casino Hosts, Butler Services and Hotel Ops to ensure premium journeys.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs or Forbes-rated environments.
• Experience managing VIPs and high-value guests.
• Strong knowledge of service principles including personalization, anticipation, discretion and guest recognition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall guest experience strategy and execution for the Private Lounge & Bar.
• Build meaningful relationships with repeat guests, Paiza patrons and VIP clientele.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for sensitive guest recovery and high-impact service situations.
• Collaborate with Casino Hosts, Butler Services and Hotel Operations to create seamless premium guest journeys.
• Identify opportunities to surprise, delight and retain high-value guests through personalized experiences.
• Lead and embed a culture of luxury hospitality, professionalism and accountability.
• Coach leaders and frontline teams on anticipation, guest recognition and emotional intelligence.
• Develop internal service talent and succession pipelines for future leadership roles.
• Oversee daily operations across lounges, bar and guest service areas; monitor productivity and costs.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, inventory and financial controls remain compliant.
• Support opening readiness and new guest experience initiatives.
• Represent the outlet in management meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
