We’re looking for acreative and hands‑on Videographer / Content Creatorwho can bring stories to life through engaging visual content. You’ll work closely with theMarketing Executiveandcreative teamto conceptualize, film, and edit high‑quality videos for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling.

If you have a keen eye for aesthetics, enjoy fast‑paced creative projects, and love turning ideas into dynamic video content — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities 1. Pre‑Production & Planning
  • Collaborate with theMarketing Executiveto plan monthly video concepts based on approved content calendars.
  • Develop detailedstoryboards and shot listsaligned with campaign goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Executives, Designers, and Management) for concept approvals.
  • Plan shoot schedules and logistics to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Conduct on‑site recces to assess lighting, sound, and filming conditions before shoots.
2. Video Production
  • Capturehigh‑quality video and audiofor a variety of content — including corporate, product, event, and social media videos.
  • Demonstrate good lighting and sound recording techniques to ensure professional quality.
  • Adapt quickly to different environments and troubleshoot on‑site challenges (e.g., lighting, noise, or space constraints).
  • Direct on‑set talent and maintain a positive, professional attitude during shoots.
3. Post‑Production & Editing
  • Edit short‑form videos (typically 15–60 seconds) according to each brand’s tone and aesthetic.
  • Perform color correction, sound balancing, subtitle placement, transitions, and music syncing.
  • Incorporate feedback from supervisors and clients efficiently within deadlines.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Maintain organized folders and file naming conventions for all footage, project files, and final deliverables inGoogle Drive / BLUE.
4. Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with theMarketing Executivesto ensure all video deliverables align with campaign strategy.
  • Coordinate withDesigners, Editors, and Managementto ensure cohesive creative output.
  • Update daily progress viaWhatsApp or internal communication channels(Done Yesterday / Plans for Today / Blockers).
  • Communicate effectively with clients (where relevant) to arrange shoot schedules and gather feedback.
5. Quality Control & Delivery
  • Review all videos for consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines before submission.
  • Submit videos for supervisor approval before sending to clients.
  • Upload final approved videos to the client’ssocial media calendar folder in BLUE.
  • Manage video rights, usage permissions, and maintain secure backups of all completed works.
Tools & Resources
  • Video Editing Software:Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut (depending on project).
  • Visual Tools:Canva (for basic editing, thumbnail design).
  • Writing Tools:Quillbot / ChatGPT (for captions or content refinement).
  • Workflow:Google Drive / BLUE (for file storage and updates).
