Job summary

Citco is seeking a seasoned Client Services professional to manage relationships with hedge funds and alternative investment clients in a role that blends client engagement, project coordination, and strategic problem-solving. The successful candidate will drive SLA adherence, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years related work experience in financial services ( hedge fund administrator and/or investment companies ).
• 2+ years formal people management/leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership with strong communication skills.
• Highly analytical with focus on business processes and accounting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with clients and key internal/external parties; drive strategic communication and negotiate SLAs.
• Understand and communicate clients' requests with Citco functions to promote internal communication.
• Develop understanding of Citco business lines and product/service propositions.
• Understand clients' technology, fund structure and business vision.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and cross-sell Citco products/services.
• Coordinate new client integrations and existing client launches.
• Monitor and manage client SLAs and deliverables.
• Review client profitability and accounts receivable and address negative trends.
• Work with Operations to identify process improvements and reduce operational risk.
• Review risk logs and coordinate incident resolution as needed.
• Participate in due diligence reviews and client visits.
• Prepare periodic board reports and KPIs for clients.
• Conduct risk assessments and peer reviews; update client status in CRM.
