Job summary

Citco Fund Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd. is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead client relationships within hedge fund administration.

You will coordinate client integrations, manage SLAs, and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate reporting and timely service delivery. The role requires a degree in a relevant field, 5+ years in financial services with leadership experience, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• You have a university degree in a relevant discipline and ideally 5+ years in financial services, hedge fund or fund administration.
• You have at least 2+ years formal people management/leadership experience.
• You have strong interest in financial markets and hedge funds, with excellent communication skills.
• You are analytical with solid understanding of business processes and accounting/allocations systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with clients and other key parties; drive SLA negotiations.
• Translate client requests into actionable tasks across Citco functions and teams.
• Develop understanding of Citco product/service propositions and client structure.
• Understand client technology, fund structure, and business vision; monitor industry trends.
• Identify opportunities to grow the relationship and cross-sell Citco products/services.
• Coordinate new client integrations and ongoing client launches; monitor SLAs.
• Review profitability, accounts receivable, and address negative trends with client teams.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve processes and reduce risk.

About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Client Services Single Manager team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• You will establish professional relationships with clients and other key internal/external parties as required Drive strategic communication with clients and negotiate service level agreements (SLA)
• Understand and communicate clients' requests with various Citco business functions, operational and support teams to promote effective internal communication
• Develop a broad understanding of Citco business lines and associated product/service propositions
• Understand clients' technology, operational infrastructure, fund structure and business vision
• Understand the industry and regulatory environment and be sensitive to industry change and business trends, identifying new areas of growth
• Identify opportunities to expand existing relationship by cross-selling additional Citco products/services
• Drive the coordination of new client integrations and existing client launches
• Monitor and manage client SLAs and operational deliverables
• Review client profitability & accounts receivables and address negative trends
• Work closely with the Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements and system development with the aim of minimizing operational risk and improving efficiencies
• Review risk logs and support, co-ordinate and communicate incident resolution as necessary
• Participate and organize operational due diligence reviews and client visits
• Compile periodic board reports, Key Performance Indicators and scorecards for clients
• Carry out periodic risk assessments and peer reviews of clients
• Actively maintain client status, commentary and client updates on internal CRM tools

About You:

• You have a university degree in a relevant discipline and a ideally 5+ years related work experience in the financial serviced industry, preferably within a hedge fund administrator and/or investment companies
• 2+ years formal people management/ leadership experience
• You have a proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry
• Demonstrated leadership experience coupled with superior communication skills
• Highly analytical with strong attributes on business processes, Accounting and allocation systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook
