Citco, a market leader in fund administration, invites a Client Services Senior Manager to join the Single Manager team. You will build professional relationships with clients, coordinate SLAs, and drive cross‑functional communication to deliver seamless service.

You will develop understanding of Citco's product offerings, manage client profitability, and organize risk reviews and due diligence. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic communication, and attentive client service.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant discipline with 5+ years in financial services.
• 2+ years formal people management/leadership experience.
• Interest in financial markets and hedge fund industry.
• Demonstrated leadership with strong communication skills.
• Analytical with focus on accounting processes and allocations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with clients and key parties; negotiate SLAs.
• Communicate client requests across Citco functions to enable effective messaging.
• Develop understanding of Citco product/service propositions.
• Coordinate client integrations and launches; monitor SLAs.
• Review profitability and accounts receivable; address negative trends.
• Prepare periodic board reports and KPI scorecards.
