Citco is seeking a senior Client Services leader to oversee a team of Relationship Managers for a portfolio of hedge fund and financial services clients in Singapore. You will guide client profitability, satisfaction and retention, while driving cross-sell opportunities and ensuring seamless service delivery.

The role requires extensive experience in financial services, strong leadership and a strategic focus on risk management and client success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 15+ years in Financial Services and hedge funds with client services experience.
• 8+ years of managing a team per department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of Relationship Managers and Executive Relationship Managers for a portfolio of clients.
• Oversee client profitability, satisfaction and retention; drive revenue through cross-selling.
• Coordinate client onboarding, migrations and ongoing client communications.
