Citco in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Client Services professional to join our Fund Administration team. You will manage relationships with hedge fund clients and coordinate SLA-driven deliverables across operations and finance.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years in financial services, hedge fund admin preferred.
• 2+ years formal people management experience.
• Strong interest in financial markets and hedge fund industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven analytical abilities in business processes and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with clients and negotiate SLAs.
• Coordinate with Citco business functions to fulfill client requests.
• Develop understanding of Citco product and service propositions.
• Understand clients’ technology, fund structure and business vision.
• Identify growth opportunities and cross-sell Citco products.
• Coordinate new client integrations and existing launches.
• Monitor client SLAs and deliverables.
• Review profitability and accounts receivable; address negative trends.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve processes and reduce risk.
• Maintain periodic risk assessments and client updates in CRM.
