Job summary

Citco is a global leader in fund services and related asset services with a network across 80 offices. This role leads a team of Relationship Managers for a diverse client portfolio, driving profitability, satisfaction and long-term relationships.

You will oversee onboarding, pipelines, and cross-selling opportunities, while coordinating with senior management to ensure effective execution and strategic alignment across clients and Citco’s services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or pursuing a professional accounting qualification.
• 15+ years in Financial Services with client services experience.
• 8+ years in managing a team per department.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel on business trips.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of Relationship Managers and Executive Relationship Manager for a portfolio of clients.
• Understand client needs and create plans to nurture long-term relationships.
• Oversee client profitability, satisfaction, and retention; drive cross-selling.
• Coordinate client onboarding and launches; manage pipelines and headcount.
• Lead client pitches with BD on demos of Citco systems.
• Prepare KPI and internal/external reporting; forecast revenue.
