BNY Mellon is seeking a Vice President to join its Traditional Transfer Agency team in Singapore. You will oversee TA activities across Singapore and Hong Kong, lead a high-performing team, and ensure client service excellence through strong controls and effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven Transfer Agency experience and knowledge of investor servicing and controls.
• Ability to lead or supervise teams in a fast-paced ops environment.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills and clear communication.
• Solid understanding of risk and control principles and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in process improvement or automation to reduce risk.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail under deadlines.
• Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) preferred; Japanese is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills for oversight, reporting, and decision-making.
• Collaborative leadership focused on development and accountability across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred; 8-12 years experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Transfer Agency activities across Singapore and Hong Kong with team leadership.
• Model BN Y principles in daily decisions and stakeholder engagements.
• Maintain high service levels and strong operational controls.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and support teams to resolve issues.
• Act as escalation contact for APAC operational matters and drive solutions.
• Support client onboarding, new fund launches, and change events.
• Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives.
• Ensure controls, policies, and regulatory requirements are followed; identify gaps.
• Manage workloads to meet deadlines and ensure timely reporting.
• Foster positive team culture and development.
• Use data to monitor performance and drive service improvements.
• Support change adoption and use of digital tools across the team.
