Qualifications

• Experience in client operations, transfer agency, fund administration or alternatives operations.
• Strong understanding of transfer agency processes and investor servicing in alternatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to participate in client meetings and calls and convey updates clearly.
• Well organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and capable of working independently or in a team.
• Experience in risk, control and compliance within client servicing environments.
• Interest in AI functions, process enhancements and digital innovation.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end processing and administration of Alternatives Transfer Agency activities accurately and timely.
• Manage investor transactions and TA processes in line with internal procedures and standards.
• Participate in fund launch projects and onboarding activities.
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth execution of operations.
• Attend client meetings/calls, provide operational updates and support relationship management.
• Monitor daily workflows and follow up on outstanding items to resolve issues.
• Serve as senior point of contact for clients and mentor junior staff where needed.
• Support issue investigation, escalation and resolution with clear stakeholder communication.
• Maintain risk, control and compliance discipline across activities.
• Run service review meetings and oversee adherence to SLDS; identify improvement opportunities.
• Support or lead process enhancement initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions and automation.
