Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Specialist, Client Operations for its Alternatives Transfer Agency team in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering transfer agency services for alternative investment funds, ensuring high-quality client service, strong operational execution, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in client operations, transfer agency, fund administration, or alternatives operations.
• Strong understanding of transfer agency processes and investor servicing in alternatives environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to attend and contribute in client meetings and calls.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end processing and administration of Alternatives Transfer Agency activities.
• Manage investor transactions and related transfer agency processes per procedures and standards.
• Participate in fund launch projects and onboarding/implementation activities.
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Interact with stakeholders across functions and in client meetings to provide operational updates.
