BNY Mellon in Singapore is seeking a Senior Vice President, Digital Asset Operations to lead APAC Digital Asset Operations, ensuring robust processes, controls, and client service across the region.

The role collaborates with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Control teams, requiring experience in digital assets custody, transaction processing, key management and governance; offers leadership of the APAC team and opportunities to shape the operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years in operations management, preferably in banking/fintech/digital assets.
• Experience with regulatory controls and risk in financial services.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee APAC Digital Asset Operations in alignment with global priorities.
• Ensure controlled, efficient delivery of services across APAC.
• Lead and develop the APAC team, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Control teams.
• Support readiness for new products, clients, and market expansion.
