Responsibilities

• Manage retail and corporate vehicle rental bookings and reservations.
• Coordinate vehicle collection, handover, activation, and return processes.
• Serve as the main contact for customer enquiries and service requests.
• Handle rental documentation and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate replacement vehicles for breakdowns or accidents.
• Monitor vehicle availability and support fleet utilization planning.
• Liaise with internal departments, workshops, insurers, and external partners.
• Follow up on customer feedback and provide prompt service solutions.
• Prepare administrative reports and maintain operational documentation.
• Support day-to-day operations and perform other duties as assigned.
