• Minimum 1 year in customer service, car rental, logistics, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capable of working independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage retail and corporate vehicle rental bookings and reservations.
• Coordinate vehicle collection, handover, activation and return processes.
• Serve as main point of contact for customer enquiries and service requests.
• Handle rental documentation and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate replacement vehicles for customers in breakdowns or accidents.
• Monitor vehicle availability and support fleet utilization planning.
• Liaise with internal departments, workshops, insurers and external partners to resolve issues.
• Follow up on customer feedback and provide prompt solutions.
• Prepare administrative reports and maintain operational documentation.
• Support day-to-day operations and perform other duties as assigned.
