Job summary

Responsibilities

• Secure retail and corporate rentals.
• Activate replacement cars for insured customers and follow up on return due dates.
• Provide timely, accurate information to external customers.
• Process rental workflow using Fleetmatics.
• Handle payments for corporate accounts.
• Work with operations to maximize fleet utilization.
• Maintain tidiness of the reception area to welcome walk-in customers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to operations or management when needed.
