Job summary

The SupremeHR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Officer - Sales to manage retail and corporate car rentals at our Paya Lebar location. You will support activation of replacement cars for insured customers and oversee smooth rental processing, including payment handling and coordination with operations to maximize fleet use.

Ideal candidates are proficient with MS Office, hold a valid driving license (Class 3/3A) and have a customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office for administrative and reporting tasks.
• Driving license class 3/3A is an advantage to support vehicle handling.

Responsibilities

• Secure retail and corporate rentals.
• Activate replacement cars for insured customers and follow up on return dates.
• Provide timely, consistent and accurate information to external customers.
• Ensure accurate processing of rental workflow through Fleetmatics.
• Handle cash and credit transactions securely and accurately.
• Work with operations to maximize fleet utilization.
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area for walk-in customers.
• Escalate issues promptly to the manager or other colleagues when necessary.
