Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd is seeking a capable IT Support professional in Singapore to provide day-to-day technical assistance to staff, troubleshoot hardware, software, network issues, and maintain general IT services for the office.

You will support Active Directory, printers, and network devices; liaise with vendors for equipment purchases; assist with onboarding/offboarding from an IT perspective; and ensure documentation and inventory are kept up to date.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• Experience in IT support or helpdesk is advantageous.
• Basic AD, networking, firewalls, and Windows environments.
• Experience with Sophos products would be beneficial.
• Relevant IT certifications would be helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and general IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other office IT equipment.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting, including LAN, Wi‑Fi, IP addressing, connectivity, switches, and related network issues.
• Assist with the administration and troubleshooting of Sophos Firewall.
• Manage basic Active Directory functions, including: Creating and disabling user accounts; Password resets; Managing user access and permissions; Adding users or computers to the domain; Managing basic Group Policy-related requirements.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain office printers and network printers.
• Coordinate and liaise with external vendors for IT equipment purchases.
• Hardware replacement and repairs.
• Warranty and support cases.
• Quotations and procurement.
• Installation and maintenance services.
• Assist with the setup and deployment of new computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Maintain basic IT hardware and software inventory records.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or external vendors where necessary.
• Maintain basic documentation of IT systems, configurations, equipment, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Ensure IT equipment and systems are kept operational and properly maintained.

• Experience with Sophos products would be an advantage.

• Relevant IT certifications would be beneficial but are not mandatory.
