Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Senior IT Engineer (L2 IT Support) to support daily IT operations, troubleshoot issues and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure at our Commonwealth Drive location.

You will provide L2 technical support for hardware, software, network and IT services, troubleshoot desktops, printers and network devices, and manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, onboarding/offboarding, maintaining IT

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in IT, CS or IS as stated.
• Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support or IT Infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of Windows AD, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/Wi-Fi, hardware and printer troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, and basic IT security.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for hardware, software, network and IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and switches.
• Administer and troubleshoot Sophos Firewall.
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory, including user accounts, passwords, permissions and basic Group Policy.
• Install, configure and maintain office and network printers.
• Deploy and maintain PCs, laptops and other IT equipment.
• Manage IT hardware/software inventory.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for procurement, repairs, warranty and support.
• Maintain IT documentation and system records.
• Escalate complex issues when required and ensure timely resolution.

Senior IT Engineer (L2 IT Support)

Salary: Basic up to S$6,000 + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
Location: Commonwealth Drive

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior IT Engineer to support daily IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues and maintain the company's IT infrastructure.

This role is ideal for someone with strong L2 IT Support experience who enjoys troubleshooting, working with users and taking ownership of IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support or IT Infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of:Microsoft WindowsActive DirectoryTCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN & Wi-FiHardware and printer troubleshootingMicrosoft 365Basic IT security
• Sophos Firewall experience.
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
