Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Senior IT Engineer (L2 IT Support) to support daily IT operations at our Commonwealth Drive office in Singapore. You will troubleshoot technical issues, manage IT infrastructure and support end users with ownership and service orientation.

The role emphasizes hands-on IT support, onboarding/offboarding, vendor coordination and routine IT maintenance. Strong AD, LAN/Wi‑Fi, DNS/DHCP and Sophos Firewall experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support or IT Infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of: Windows Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN & Wi‑Fi; hardware and printer troubleshooting; Microsoft 365; basic IT security.
• Sophos Firewall experience.
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for hardware, software, network and IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and switches.
• Administer and troubleshoot Sophos Firewall.
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory, including user accounts, passwords, permissions and basic Group Policy.
• Install, configure and maintain office and network printers.
• Deploy and maintain PCs, laptops and other IT equipment.
• Manage IT hardware/software inventory.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for procurement, repairs, warranty and support.
• Maintain IT documentation and system records.
• Escalate complex issues when required and ensure timely resolution.

Salary: Basic up to S$6,000 + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm

About the Role
