Job summary

IL Network Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an IT Infrastructure Support professional to maintain servers, storage, and backup systems, while troubleshooting issues across Windows and Linux environments. You will manage VMware/Hyper-V, AD, and Microsoft 365, ensuring reliable network operations and cybersecurity practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in CS, IT or related field.
• 2–3 years of IT infrastructure support experience.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Knowledge of VMware/Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, AD and networking.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, storage and backup systems.
• Perform routine checks and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Support Windows and Linux server environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Server, SQL Server and Microsoft 365.
• Support VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization environments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD), RDS and end-user computing systems.
• Monitor network, WAN connectivity and basic network security.
• Assist with system upgrades, maintenance and infrastructure improvements.
• Respond to IT infrastructure incidents and provide timely solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, maintenance and solutions.
• Support cybersecurity activities such as vulnerability monitoring and system updates.
