Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Operations professional in Singapore to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and records. You will ensure compliance with local employment laws and coordinate with government authorities and external providers as needed.

This role supports performance management, training coordination, and employee development while handling routine HR inquiries and reports. Short notice availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years HR operations experience, preferably in construction/civil engineering
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices
• Available to start on short notice is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding
• Coordinate recruitment activities: job postings, screening, interview arrangements, and offers
• Administer payroll, benefits, leave, attendance, and HR documentation
• Support implementation and administration of HR policies and engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements
• Liaise with government authorities and external service providers as needed
• Assist in performance management, training coordination, and employee development
• Prepare HR reports and support HR projects and admin duties as required
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

• Liaise with government authorities and external service providers on HR-related matters, where necessary.
• Assist in performance management, training coordination, and employee development activities.
• Handle employee enquiries and provide administrative support on HR matters.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with other HR projects and administrative duties as required.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• With 2 - 4 years of relevant HR operations experience, preferably someone from construction or civil engineering-related industry.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices.
• Candidate who is available to start work within short notice will be an added advantage.
