EMK Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Administrative professional to support day-to-day HR and administrative functions in a fast-growing environment.
You will manage recruitment, maintain accurate employee records, handle work pass processes, and support policy implementation. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.
Administer employee records, leave management, attendance, and personnel documentation accurately and confidentially.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaise with relevant government agencies where required.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in line with company objectives.
Support employee engagement activities, company events, staff welfare programmes, and team-building initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Coordinate staff training programmes and assist with applications for relevant government grants and funding where applicable.
Ensure HR documentation, SOPs, employee records, and administrative files are properly maintained and updated.
Work closely with department heads to support manpower planning and day-to-day people matters.
Manage office administration, including office supplies, pantry inventory, office equipment, facility maintenance, access cards, company assets, and vendor coordination.
Assist in organising company meetings, visitors, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics where required.
Assist in handling employee enquiries, disciplinary matters, and HR-related issues professionally and fairly.
Support ad-hoc HR, administrative, and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
At least 2 years of HR experience, ideally in a dynamic and fast-growth environment.
Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act and HR operational practices.
Familiarity with MOM work pass processes will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and comfortable using HR systems and digital tools.
A highly organized, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.

Able to work independently while being a supportive team player.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels.
