Job description

• Permanent position, Salary up to $7,000 with AWS + bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial insights, including financial modeling, projections, and P&L analysis.
• Support and challenge sales and business teams to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead annual budgeting, monitor variances, and drive cost optimization.
• Conduct financial analysis to support planning, profitability, and liquidity.
• Manage audits, taxation matters (including GST), and internal controls.
• Oversee treasury operations, cash flow management, and working capital.
• Support overseas operations and assess feasibility for new ventures.
• Lead and mentor the Finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, ACCA, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years’ finance experience, including leadership and regional exposure.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software (SAP, Accpac, Xero, etc.).
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
