Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for power ICs, aligning with market needs
• Prioritise features and specs based on customer feedback, technical feasibility and profitability
• Collaborate with Engineers to translate market requirements into technical specifications
• Partner with Supply Chain to ensure production timelines and inventory levels meet demand forecasts
• Support sales/marketing with technical collateral (whitepapers, application notes)
• Execute a Go-To-Market strategy

• Technical acumen – deep understanding of power semiconductors applications and comfortable interpreting datasheets, test reports and industry

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or any relevant disciplines

• Proven track record of launching IC products
• Good communication skills
