Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and track requests and queries related to Employee & Industrial Relations (EIR)
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of EIR case records and databases
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders on case status and updates
  • Act as a central point of contact for EIR-related matters
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials for internal stakeholders
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by EIR officers
