Job summary

A procurement services firm in Singapore is seeking a motivated Procurement Executive on a contract basis. In this role, you will handle end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring compliance and managing vendor performance. Job description

Our clients are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their Corporate Admin Services (Procurement) as a Procurement Executive on a contract basis. In this role, you will support the centralised procurement of goods and services in the organisation.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, from sourcing and evaluation to contracting and supplier performance, while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, negotiation and purchasing.
  • Prepare and support RFQs, RFPs, tenders, contract administration and compliance checks.
  • Monitor vendor performance, contract renewals and maintain procurement records.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting on spend, ageing and performance.
  • Drive process improvements and support internal stakeholders on procurement matters.
Salary and Benefits
  • $3,500 - $3,800 (Depending on Qualifications and Experience)
  • 6 months contract
  • Mon to Fri
  • 9am - 6pm
  • First 3 months work in office then 2 days WFH, 3 days WFO (Depends on Performance)
  • 14 AL & 14 MC (per year)
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree with at least 3 years of relevant procurement experience.
  • Strong understanding of procurement strategy, compliance and risk management.
  • Experience in government or regulated environments is an advantage.
  • Familiar with procurement platforms (e.g. Sesami) and ERP systems (e.g. Navision) is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills, able to work with internal teams and vendors.
  • Team player who can work independently in a fast‑paced environment and support ad‑hoc tasks.
