Overview

As a rapidly growing hyperlocal commerce platform powered by AI-first voice and chat interfaces with 4,000+ followers on Instagram and a fun mascot-driven brand identity, Mangwale is dedicated to revolutionizing the future of local ordering and delivery in Nashik. To support our mission and drive our next phase of growth, we are seeking a versatile UI/UX & Digital Content Designer to join our team.

In this full-time, in-office role, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end mobile app experiences, conceptualizing and creating vendor and promotional artwork, producing social-first graphics and video content, and generating innovative ideas to further enhance our Instagram community, which currently boasts over 4,000 followers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for our mobile apps
• Maintain and enhance our design system to ensure consistency across all screens
• Conduct rapid usability tests and iterate based on user feedback
• Create in-app banners, vendor flyers, and marketing collateral aligned with our mascot-led identity
• Prepare graphics for app stores and web banners
• Drive the growth of our Instagram presence through campaign ideation and interactive posts
• Produce static and carousel graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Shoot and edit short-form videos with motion-graphic accents
• Collaborate on creative strategies for social, in-app notifications, and vendor promotions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and deliver assets that meet precise specifications

Required Skills & Attributes

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps and social-content creation
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Demonstrated expertise in shooting and editing engaging Reels or TikToks
• Self-motivated with a startup mindset, willing to learn, experiment, and iterate
• Ability to understand the broader impact of individual assets on user growth, engagement, and brand loyalty
• Strong storytelling skills and effective communication abilities
