Job summary

Recruitpedia Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Travel Consultant to support a leading travel company in Singapore. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and walk-ins, and provide visa and travel insurance information while managing bookings and after-sales service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in travel, basic GDS knowledge (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) and strong English communication; Mandarin or Malay is a plus. Be prepared to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Willingness to assist customers and close bookings.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers’ travel enquiries and requests via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Provide information on travel visa applications and travel insurance.
• Handle and follow up on enquiries and bookings, including pre- and after-sales service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Opportunity to travel overseas for familiarisation trips and tours.
