Job summary

WTS TRAVEL & TOURS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Tour Consultant to help clients plan and book travel, offering advice on destinations, transportation, accommodations, tours and activities.

You will research options, craft itineraries, handle bookings, advise on visas and health requirements, and deliver friendly, professional service while managing client files and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in travel and tourism or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with CRS like Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on travel options including destinations, transportation, accommodations, tours and attractions.
• Book tours, flights, cruises, coaches, rental cars and stays.
• Guide clients on visas, insurance and health requirements.
• Craft customized itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
• Make reservations for restaurants, tours and activities.
• Deliver exceptional service and manage client files efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends, promotions and new products.
