Job summary

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, process, and register customer bookings for company services, ensuring all details are captured timely
• Offer suitable alternatives and identify opportunities to convert general enquiries into potential sales leads or recommend additional value-added services when appropriate
• Respond to customer enquiries with consistent, accurate information on customs regulations, estimated transit times, pricing structures and service-related matters
• Coordinate with Operations and other departments to resolve customer issues and queries promptly
• Recommend improvements to procedures, systems, and services to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
