Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Travel Reservations Coordinator to manage reservations, travel bookings and supplier coordination for inbound tourism and travel services.

You will process customer reservations, coordinate accommodations, arrange transportation, verify availability, and prepare confirmations and travel documents.

A diploma/degree in tourism or hospitality and strong communication skills are preferred; familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or related field is required.
• Relevant reservation/travel experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Familiarity with travel reservation systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations and travel bookings.
• Coordinate accommodation reservations and group bookings.
• Arrange transportation and tourism services as needed.
• Verify availability and supplier confirmations.
• Prepare booking confirmations and travel documentation for clients.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update systems.
• Process booking amendments and cancellations promptly.
• Communicate reservation status clearly with customers.
• Liaise with hotels and other tourism suppliers as required.
• Resolve reservation-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support travel consultants and operations personnel in daily tasks.
