Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is hiring a reservations assistant on a 6-month contract to manage bookings across channels and ensure timely responses following SOPs.

You will liaise with bookers and hotels, maintain promotions and hotel information, and employ upselling where possible while keeping accurate records. Strong MS Office, communication, and admin skills are required; weekend work and overtime may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations received via all channels timely and accurately per SOPs.
• Liaise with bookers and hotels/sales to ensure smooth pre-arrival experience.
• Maintain up-to-date information on promotions and hotels.
• Maximize opportunities through upselling techniques.
• Ensure proper filing and recording of all correspondences.
• Support management as required and comply with policies.
