Job summary

Adecco Portugal is recruiting for a role in Singapore's central area to support a Beauty MNC's Travel Retail business. The position offers a one-year contract and exposure to a global retail environment.

The candidate will handle PO follow-ups, client inquiries, coordinate marketing activities, and assist with admin tasks. Strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills are valued to drive sales and ensure smooth operations across teams.

Qualifications

• Solid analytical skills, number sensitive, detail oriented and organized.
• Effective in communication, excellent interpersonal skills.
• Skillful in project management and advanced in excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up on purchase orders and secure orders from clients
• Manage product and marketing related enquiries from clients
• Coordinate animations, target sampling and promotional activities efficiently
• Coordinate with Field Staff and liaise Retail Managers with internal contacts for action Interact effectively with internal other departments (Marketing, Logistics, Finance department, etc.)
• Assist the team with daily administration, operations and travel arrangement
• Prepare analysis reports on sales, promotional activities and others
