• Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years in integrated marketing roles.
• Strong CRM strategy and segmentation experience.
• Proven track record in driving retail or travel-related marketing.
• Data-driven and ROI-focused with analytics experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Lead end-to-end sales and marketing strategy, planning, and governance.
