Coty in Singapore is seeking a Retail Commercial intern to support Nett Revenue and Sellout targets by ensuring seamless operations on sales floors and Coty backend. You will work with the Commercial team and use Excel and PowerPoint to manage data and reporting.

The role emphasizes data analytics, timely delivery of new sell-in forms, and maintaining retailer data and pricing. Ideal candidates are undergraduates able to commit six months, with strong MS Office skills, cross‑cultural awareness

Qualifications

• Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jul2026-Dec2026) for a full-time internship.
• MS Office suite proficiency: Outlook, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Data savvy with the ability to pull insights from large datasets.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and sense of confidentiality.
• Cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
• Articulate and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
• Willingness to learn with a strong sense of ownership.
• Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to adapt to new challenges.
• Positive attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily sales data.
• Improve data analytics and data reporting processes.
• Create and submit new sell in forms.
• Follow up on delivery fulfilment, errors on ordering codes.
• Maintain clean data with retailers, updating price and code changes.
• Upkeep Coty’s brand and product page on retail partner’s site.
• Work with retail partners to launch newness on-site and in-store on time.
• Ensure all newness, GWPs & testers are delivered on time to retail partners.
• Maintain brand planogram with retail partner.
